This policy explains what information InterMedia Advertising (“InterMedia”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website, contact us or apply for a job, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Contact form. When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, work email address, what you are exploring, your message and how you heard about us.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and anything you choose to share.
- Job applications. If you email your resume to Jobs@im.agency, we receive your resume and any information you include with it.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as the pages viewed, time on the site, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Contact form delivery. When you submit the contact form, we email that inquiry to our sales team through Resend. Resend processes the message, including the details you entered, so the email can be delivered. We do not store contact form submissions in a database. Our server may use your IP address briefly to slow repeated submissions. That limit is kept in memory only and is not saved as a contact record.
- Hosting. Our website host, Vercel, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.

- To send you information about our services when you have contacted us or asked to hear from us. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

- Resend, which delivers contact form emails to our sales team.
